How to verify a payment route
A method name alone does not show whether it supports deposits, withdrawals or both. Check the live cashier for your account before you choose or retry it.
An available withdrawal route can depend on the platform, payment provider and current account state. Where the platform or provider displays an account-name or verification requirement, follow that instruction for the exact route you intend to use.
Before you confirm
- Open the deposit and withdrawal screens separately, and confirm that the route appears for the direction you need.
- Check any account-holder name or verification instruction shown for that route.
- Read the current minimum and maximum values on the applicable screen instead of assuming the category has fixed limits.
- Review displayed fees, currency-conversion terms and the final amount before confirming.
- If a withdrawal is pending, check its transaction status and the platform's current guidance before attempting another action.
What not to assume
- A route used for a deposit is not automatically available for a withdrawal.
- A method or category label does not prove support in both directions.
- Availability, limits or fees shown for another account or location do not establish the terms for yours.
Use the current cashier or deposit and withdrawal screens, together with the applicable platform and payment-provider terms, as the current source for availability and conditions.
