Payment Limits
Payment limits are often specific to the method and account; the live cashier and provider terms are more reliable than a generic number.
Review the current deposit or withdrawal screen for the selected method, currency, and account. Compare per-transaction limits with daily or other period limits, and check fees or conversion separately; availability and values can vary by location and provider.
Start with the official cashier while signed in, because the available options may depend on account, region, currency, and method. A limit shown for deposits may not apply to withdrawals, and a maximum is not the same as a minimum or an account balance rule.
Read the provider's terms for any separate transaction, card, bank, or wallet restriction. If a value is displayed in another currency, check how conversion is handled and whether a fee is shown before confirming. Do not rely on an old screenshot or a number copied from another user's account.
If a payment is declined near a limit, record the method, currency, amount band, date, and exact non-sensitive message. Ask the provider or service which rule applies before splitting a transaction; repeated attempts may trigger additional checks.
Compare the right limit
- Deposit or withdrawal direction
- Selected provider, method, and currency
- Per-transaction and period limits
- Fees and currency conversion shown at checkout
- Current account-specific notice
Avoid stale or misleading numbers
- Limits can change and vary by account or location
- Deposit limits do not automatically describe withdrawals
- Do not split payments to evade a stated control
Use the live cashier and provider documentation for the exact method, then retain the displayed terms with the transaction record.
