Before confirming, compare the beneficiary details and amount shown by your bank with the information supplied by the merchant. A payment system's general availability does not establish that a particular merchant, account, or jurisdiction supports it. Use only a payment option presented in the merchant's current official cashier.

After authorization, check the bank's transaction status and retain its identifier. The receiving merchant may use a separate process to match a payment to your account. If the bank marks it complete but the merchant does not, share the reference only through the merchant's official support route and avoid making a duplicate payment while the first is being checked.
