Payments
Trustly
Trustly describes a Pay by Bank payment flow, but a bank connection does not mean every merchant, bank, country, or withdrawal route is supported.
Confirm that the merchant offers Trustly for your account, approve only the transaction shown by the official flow, and check both the bank record and merchant status afterward.
The provider's current product materials describe bank-based payment solutions. The merchant determines which markets and transaction types it offers, and the bank may apply its own authentication or limits.
A bank debit and a merchant credit are separate records. If they do not match, save the payment reference and timestamp and use the official merchant/provider support route.
Do not share online-banking credentials or one-time codes with anyone in a message or call. Authorization should occur only in the bank's recognized authentication flow.
Before approving
- Check the merchant name and amount
- Confirm the bank/account shown is yours
- Complete approval only in the bank's official flow
- Save the receipt and compare status
Do not infer
- Universal Trustly availability from its product description
- A completed bank step means the merchant has credited funds
- A support agent needs your password or one-time code
Use the merchant's current cashier and the bank's own transaction record to trace an unresolved payment.
